A security deposit of $150- $350 US (depending on the type of apartment) is necessary which is fully refundable to the guest upon returning the keys on checkout day.

Rates include Taxes, all Utilities, Cable TV, WiFi internet (apt #1, 2, 3) - no hidden fees or surprises!

Discounts available for stays with a duration of significantly longer than 3 weeks.

Taxi Service from and to airport available for $25 for the first 3 persons/one way. 3+ up to 6 = $35. Affordable maid service on request.

Need a peruvian cellphone to keep in touch with your friends and family back home? We supply you with one for only $10 for the entire duration of your stay (+call costs)!

Cancellation Policy:

We generally do not allow any change of dates or cancellation of a confirmed reservation.

Any deposit paid before arrival is meant to cover eventual cancellation.

We will fulfill our contract 100%, we expect the same from our guests.

Please understand that we are not a Hotel - if you need 100% flexibility, please book a Hotel room.

Some exceptions/refunds may apply if the stay is still more than 3 months in the future.
