Lima and Peru are located right at the Pacific Coast of South America and our apartments are very close to the Pacific Ocean, so close you can even see it.

Barranco, and neighboring Miraflores the districts where our apartments for rent are located, is one of the nicest, cleanest and safest neighborhoods (if not THE safest) in Lima, Peru. Barranco is known for its bohemian architecture, its culture and artistic background - Miraflores on the other hand is very modern. We guarantee you will absolutely love the location and surroundings of our apartments in Lima.

All of our 9 apartments are fully furnished and have completely equipped kitchens, multiple bathrooms, cable tv and offer pretty much everything a traveller needs at a fraction of the costs of a hotel in Lima. Whether they're used for holidays/vacations or to stay in a nice and independent place on a business trip to Lima, we have the perfect place for you!

Also our apartments have excellent locations. They are located in the most safe and green, yet central areas. There are plenty of parks, art galleries, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and of course the beach nearby. Also if you're into shopping, Barranco is right next to Miraflores (5 min) with its shopping malls and movie theaters.

We know Lima and Peru, if you need some hints about where to go for whatever activity you have in mind, we will be of assistance.

Ofrecemos 9 lindos y confortables departamentos en Lima, Peru que alquilamos a turistas. El primero es un Duplex de 120m² con vista al mar, el segundo, de 75m² y que se encuentra ubicado a 3 cuadras del Malecon y el tercero de 80m² que tiene vista al mar de todas las habitaciones (y en este edificio tenemos otros departamentos, de 2 y 3 dormitorios) Todos estan completamente amoblados y los primeros dos estan ubicados en una zona muy bonita y segura en Barranco - Lima, que es famoso por su arquitectura, artistas, galerías de arte, restaurantes, pubs y vida nocturna. El tercero y los otros en el mismo edifcio estan ubicados en Miraflores, cerca a Barranco y LarcoMar. Además, cuenta con un maravilloso malécon con una preciosa vista del Océano Pacífico, donde puedes ir a pasear o correr. Wir haben aussergewöhnlich schöne Ferienwohnungen in Barranco und Miraflores, Lima, Peru zu vermieten. Von 60m² bis zu 120m², wir versuchen für jeden Bedarf die richtige Wohnung anbieten zu können. Alle Wohnungen sind komplett möbliert. Barranco ist eine sehr schöne und besonders sichere Gegend in Lima (wenn nicht die Sicherste überhaupt). Es gibt viel Architektur zu bestaunen und viele Kunstgallerien haben sich hier angesiedelt da es im allgemeinen auch als Künstlerviertel gilt. Ebenfalls gibt es unzählige Restaurants, Pubs - Barranco ist bekannt für sein abwechslungsreiches Nachtleben - kleine Läden und sehr gepflegte Grünanlagen, besonders entlang dem "Malécon" (Ozeanpromenade), die zum spazierengehen geradezu ideal sind. Miraflores hat auch viel zu bieten, ist sehr modern, sicher, sauber und es gibt shoppingtechnisch alles was das Herz begehrt (LarcoMar etc.).
